We are looking for a motivated and highly technical data recovery technician to work in our London office. The successful candidate must have experience in data recovery plus stripping down computers repairing Macbooks/iMacs.
key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and recover data from damaged, corrupted , or formatted storage devices.
- Utilise specialised software and hardware tools for data extraction.
- Perform logical and physical recovery on a variety of file system.
- Repair bad sectors, firmware failures, and mechanical issues when needed.
- Verify functionality of hardware and software components.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain recovery options and estimated success rate.
- Provide technical reports on recovery results.
- Maintain details logs of recovery processes and outcomes.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of file systems, storage architectures, and data structure.
- Experience with data recovery software.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to details.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Salary: Full-time £25000 to £34000 per annum dependant on experience.
Sales Executives
A Data recovery Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and selling data recovery services and solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of data recovery processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide customers through service options to meet their needs.
key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Develop relationships with IT professionals, businesses, and individuals needing data recovery services.
- Follow up on leads and inquires to convert them into sales.
- Explain the data recovery process, pricing, and service level clearly.
- Provide estimates and quotes based on case complexity.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide feedback on customer needs to help improve service offerings.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in IT or data recovery.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Salary: Full-time £28000 to £38800 per annum dependant on experience.
